Hi, I’m Myrihael
I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who provides warm, collaborative, and individualized therapy for adults navigating life, relationships, emotions, identity, and change.
I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as your full self without feeling like you have to perform, have everything figured out, or explain why you feel the way you do.
My goal is to help you better understand yourself, recognize the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical coping skills, and create a life that feels more aligned with who you are.
My Approach
I don’t believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all.
I integrate CBT, DBT, IFS, psychodynamic, person-centered, and trauma-informed approaches based on your individual needs, goals, and experiences.
I especially enjoy working with adults navigating ADHD, autism, OCD, emotional dysregulation, trauma, anxiety, mood concerns, burnout, family dynamics, and life transitions.
My approach is curious, compassionate, and collaborative. Rather than simply telling you what to do, I want to understand your perspective and work alongside you to figure out what actually works for you.
A Little More About Me
As a social worker, I’m passionate about helping people understand the connection between their experiences, emotions, relationships, and behaviors.
I’m particularly drawn to work that helps people move from simply surviving to developing a deeper understanding of themselves.
Whether you’re starting therapy for the first time, returning after a difficult experience, or simply reaching a point where you know something needs to change, you deserve a space where you feel heard and supported.
You don’t have to have the perfect words. You can simply start where you are.
Clinical Supervision
Supported by Experienced Clinical Supervision
As an LMSW, I practice under the clinical supervision of Tara Reed, LCSW-S.
Clinical supervision provides ongoing professional guidance, consultation, and oversight as I continue developing my clinical practice and work toward advanced clinical licensure.
Tara Reed, LCSW-S
Tara Reed is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Supervisor (LCSW-S) who provides clinical supervision and guidance.
Through supervision, I have access to ongoing consultation regarding clinical treatment, ethical practice, documentation, professional development, and the complex needs of the clients I serve.
This additional layer of clinical support allows me to continue growing as a clinician while providing thoughtful, ethical, and client-centered care.
My Philosophy
You are more than a diagnosis, a difficult season, or the things you’ve been through.
Therapy is an opportunity to understand yourself with more compassion, develop new ways of responding, and create meaningful change at your own pace.
You don’t have to become someone else. Therapy can help you become more fully yourself.
